If your booth is located in the same room as your reception, setup typically needs to happen before guests arrive—so there are no distractions during key moments like your grand entrance, dinner, or speeches.
This is where idle time may be recommended.
Idle time allows us to:
- Arrive early and fully set up before the event begins
- Pause service during important moments (like dinner or speeches)
- Resume the experience exactly when it fits your timeline
The result:
A smooth, uninterrupted atmosphere—without distractions or interruptions to your wedding flow.
Idle time is billed at a reduced hourly rate and only applied when needed based on your event layout and timeline.
